I have been a customer of Great City Cars since November. I have to say that the Customer Service I always receive here is excellent... I speak to them with respect and they do the same to me. Even the Mechanics are very nice to me and respectful and helpful they do not make me feel uncomfortable or stupid. The front desk individuals are always nice and friendly.
Tyler is great every time I need anything he always makes sure I'm taken care of, and Joe actually lives up to his philosophy of actually helping people in need and being understanding. I love my car and although I've had to have some things that needed taken care of he has made sure it was done and that I was on the road driving safely and I don't feel like I'm just dollar signs to them. Basically in all honesty the golden rule applies wholeheartedly with this company. It's common sense, You treat them with respect they treat you with respect... Make your payments and you won't have any problems. I had one car and even after having it for a while they allowed me trade it in for something I liked better.

I was skeptical, although when the tranny went out they honored their word. the manager Tim evan stayed past closing, to make sure I had transportation. Thank you to everyone at Great City!!!! " |

I have been purchasing vehicles from them for a few years. The staff is courteous and friendly. When you buy a used vehicle, as is, you should inspect and test drive it first. I have always had nothing but good things to say about them. |

"Why get robbed when you can get Rich? Lol but seriously, Rich was the first person I saw when I walked in and he immediately greeted me with a huge smile and a hello. Then he was super helpful with suggesting cars to test drive, but didn't pressure us into anything (such a nice experience!). Not only that, but he kept the boring paperwork fun with sarcastic and witty humor, which was so personable and charming. If you need to get a car from here, ask for Rich to help you, because he'll make you laugh and give you a good deal!"
