Welcome to the New Great City Cars / Drive Today Cars Communication System!

Hello Team,

We’re excited to let you know that our phone and customer communication system is being upgraded from OneBox to BizApp247!

This upgrade gives you more control over your customers and conversations and provides better tools to help you communicate with leads, follow up faster, and ultimately sell more cars.

Getting Started

Just like OneBox, you’ll need to install the mobile app on your phone to:

  • Make and receive phone calls

  • Send and receive text messages

  • Manage Facebook and other direct messages

  • View and update your customer contacts

  • Stay connected wherever you are

Download the App and Save To Your Phone Home Screen

The new Bizapp247 mobile app is called
Lead Connector

Please click the appropriate link below from your mobile phone to download the app. If the link doesn’t open the App Store or Google Play automatically, simply search for “Lead Connector” in your app store.

Logging In

Please begin by downloading the app to your phone and then logging in. This will then allow us to route your calls and messages appropriately. 

LOGIN
Your email address is your username, and your account has already been linked to your mobile phone number.

If you don’t know your password or need to create a new one, simply tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. A password reset link or verification code will be sent to you so you can quickly regain access.

You MUST log in now and remain logged in in order to begin using the app for calls and text messages. 

As with Onebox, when you use the app to make calls or send messages, you will not be sharing your personal cell phone number. 

You will still get a text message notification, so you always know when a contact has been added or responded to you.

Also, if there is a contact that you have been working with and you can not see them, just ask Jake, and they can reassign that contact to you at any time.
